What is the Directory?

The Spanish Association of Shopping Centres and Parks, AECC, compiles this comprehensive census which gathers detailed information on the more than 590 shopping centres and parks that currently exist in Spain.

The Directory of Shopping Centres and Parks in Spain, whose digital version is constantly updated, offers individualized data sheets with key information on location, surface area, commercial offer, ownership, management, asset status, etc., which facilitates an up-to-date and rigorous view of the market.

It is a simple and efficient tool that allows you to locate and immediately access all the information of each of the centers and parks, making it an essential source for the analysis of the sector.

The data reflected in this tool is provided by the assets themselves and their management teams, thus guaranteeing the reliability of the information collected here.

CONTENTS

In the directory you can find a profile with complete information on each shopping center or retail park; you can filter your search geographically or by management, ownership or marketing company; you can **find out interesting data,** including how the public accesses the property, how many parking spaces there are or its pet policy; you have ESG information knowing what certifications the center or park has obtained, the electric vehicle charging points, whether the center generates its own energy and how much of it is dedicated to self-consumption.
This data collection, obtained after exhaustive fieldwork, allows for analysis and the creation of statistical summaries.
